MEET CHEF CHARLES
Chef Charles Wilford Sr, born in February of 1966, started his culinary journey at an early age, by watching the Elders of his family in a little town called Napoleonville, La. There he learned that the soul of cooking comes from your heart and for the past 44 years, Chef Charles has been honoring his past with his creations of today.
His dream came to pass during the 2019 after excepting the NBCA Chefs award in Philadelphia, chef started looking for the perfect spot for his restaurant. Opened up in 2020 in the business district of Industrial plex, then for better exposer moved 6 minutes and open up on Bluebonnet Blvd

one thing I would like customers to know is that I am a personal chef 1st ,and being an personal chef I like to be hands on in choosing my ingredients, vegetables, proteins , etc,etc. That's why 90% of my products comes from farmers, fisherman, & bakers are from the great state of Louisiana. I only work w/catfish & crawfish from Louisiana. I refuse to sale fake fish call it catfish and charge my customers as if they have been served Louisiana finest, just like our chicken fried steaks , never frozen , freshly cut, our sauce isn't powder pepper gravy ,but made fresh Our desserts are not store bought and never ever frozen
I want my customers to know they are enjoying fresh quality food that was created by an award winning Chef that use great products from louisiana ,finest farmers, fisherman, etc,etc

Personal Chefs Charles and Lecia Wilford served up a few of their dishes at the second annual National Black Chef’s Association in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ceremony was held on Feb. 24, 2019, and honored Black Chefs and their accomplishments in the United States.

2) Friday & Saturday Dinner w/ Chef Charles 5pm-9pm (reservation highly recommended)

4) Corporate Lunch 15% off for 12 or more lunch to go, must allow 24 hrs notice, please call for more info
